The Lord is close to the brokenhearted

- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

A faithful God who does no wrong,
upright and just is he. - Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
- Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
- He holds success in store for the upright,
he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless. - Better a little with righteousness
than much gain with injustice.
