- For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.

who daily bears us up;
God is our salvation. Selah - But surely, God is my helper;
the Lord is the upholder of my life. - In you, O Lord, I seek refuge;
do not let me ever be put to shame;
in your righteousness deliver me. - But you, O Lord, are a shield around me,
my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. - He has made everything suitable for its time; moreover he has put a sense of past and future into their minds, yet they cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications! - The Lord makes poor and makes rich;
he brings low, he also exalts. - Deliverance belongs to the Lord;
may your blessing be on your people! Selah - Then Job arose, tore his robe, shaved his head, and fell on the ground and worshiped. He said, “Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there; the Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised; he is not here. Look, there is the place they laid him.” Can a woman forget her nursing child,
or show no compassion for the child of her womb?
Even these may forget,
yet I will not forget you.
