- And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

and your plans will be established. - Husbands, in the same way, show consideration for your wives in your life together, paying honor to the woman as the weaker sex, since they too are also heirs of the gracious gift of life—so that nothing may hinder your prayers.
- But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your alms may be done in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
- The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,

Men committed shameless acts with men and received in their own persons the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind and to things that should not be done.

- I came from the Father and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and am going to the Father.

my God will hear me. - There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling.
- And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey him.
