Chinese (traditional)- And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.
- The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.
- The Lord preserveth the strangers;
he relieveth the fatherless and widow:
but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. - Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. - The Lord God is my strength,
and he will make my feet like hinds' feet,
and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. - Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
- And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
- And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
- But he knoweth the way that I take:
when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
My foot hath held his steps,
his way have I kept, and not declined. - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
- So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.
- Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. - He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
- Commit thy way unto the Lord;
trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light,
and thy judgment as the noonday. - Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise:
and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding. - What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
- Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
- And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
- For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people:
he will beautify the meek with salvation. - Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
- And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
- O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good;
for his mercy endureth for ever. - And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.
- But he was wounded for our transgressions,
he was bruised for our iniquities:
the chastisement of our peace was upon him;
and with his stripes we are healed.
My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord;
neither be weary of his correction:
For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth;
even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
