- For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

- And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house.
- Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
- But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
- He that covereth his sins shall not prosper:

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. - In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

- Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
